Shipping Policy

We provide Free Shipping on all products across the United States and Canada. 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our Chinese manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. The manufacturer and China EMS/China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Outside of the US, delivery can take up to 30–59 business days. US delivery orders usually arrive within 10-30 business days and are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery to a US address, and up to 35 business days for delivery to a non-US address. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated. 

Customers are responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charges related to their shipments.


Refund Policy

1. Full Refund if You Don’t Receive Your Order: We will provide a tracking number for US orders and you will receive a full refund if your order does not arrive. 

2. Full or Partial Refund if Product is Damaged: If your item is significantly different or damaged, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the product.
